Piston type refrigeration compressor is the first unit used in refrigeration equipment. It is cheap and easy to maintain. It is widely used in refrigeration. Main features: Multi cylinder angle layout is generally adopted, with counter flow structure, to shorten the height of the piston, and aluminum alloy piston is adopted.

Application scope and conditions:
This series of compressors are widely used in various sectors of the national economy where manual refrigeration is required in the range of condensation temperature ≤ 40 ℃, evaporation temperature of single stage+5 ℃~ - 30 ℃, and two-stage - 25 ℃~ - 45 ℃. Such as the production of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industrial products, low temperature tests in national defense and scientific research, low temperature processing, storage and transportation of food, and air conditioning of large buildings such as factories, hospitals and public places.
Product structure:
This series of compressors can be divided into single stage and single machine double stage models, both of which are high-speed multi cylinder countercurrent piston compressors. It is equipped with energy regulation equipment to realize no-load startup. It is equipped with three-way valve for loading and discharging oil, which can add oil during operation. The machine is directly connected to the motor with a coupling. The compressor unit is composed of compressor, motor, coupling and control (automatic protection) platform, which are installed on the same common base. High voltage, medium voltage and oil pressure relays are installed on the console to ensure safe and reliable operation of the machine.
